NJU’s School of Journalism & Communication and the Jiangsu Branch of China Construction Bank jointly launched this 3-day summer social activity. The theme: “Finance Assistance on Rural Development, Students’ Measuring of the Motherland on Foot”. Under the leadership of teachers Bai Jing, Lin Yufeng, and Xu Zhiping, 12 students of the J&C School visited rural areas of Jianhu County, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province from July 25th to July 28th. They observed, experienced, interviewed, and recorded the tremendous changes that have occurred in the countryside. And they learned about the important role played by financial services to revive life in rural areas.
